GUN CONTROL...BEING RESPONSIBLE

I came across these photo's on my son-in-law's brothers FB page.  The two boys are my grandsons, Spencer and Matthew.  They went target practicing on New Year's day where responsible firearms handling is taught at a young age in their family, which is how it should be.

Here is Spencer getting a good look through the scope.

Matthew taking his turn.

And this is their grandmother, does she look fierce or what?

Now that's my kind of family!! I grew up with a great white hunter for a father and we learned at an early age how to handle guns.

I have one to go along with my concealed weapons permit. One can never be too safe!

this is cute! We have guns, but they've yet to be fired by the 11 year old. Our house rule is 12, and after some training at the firing range. We're, okay, it's really ME, just super cautious. You don't get do-overs with a gun accident.

I agree in teaching them young how to use a firearm responsibly.
