New Inventory...The Work Continues

I found this cute plate, (actually 4 of them) at Ross and thought they might look nice with some vinyl lettering. These are some of the words from one of my favorite songs.
I found 13 of these chargers at a garage sale last summer for $2. I knew I could find a purpose for them. One down and 12 to go. Uh oh, sorryabout the blurry picture, I am a terrible photographer.
I have been collecting old wood windows so that I could put some meaningful saying on. I just love the little cottage in this one. Sorry the photography is so bad, I tried to take pictures indoors and without good lighting. I kept getting a glare, that is why these photos are not taken straight on.

For this one I glued on some stars at the bottom and then nailed some horseshoe nails in the center.

Now I am off to make more items for my bazaar that is bearing down on me like a runaway freight train.

You are going to rock the bazaar! What a great idea with the windows, love the Home is Where Your Story Begins (one of my favorite sayings). Sure wish I lived closer, so your crafting mojo could rub off on me and I could buy some of your pretties. ;-)

Have a wonderful day.

What beautiful works of art. I've been looking at several sites and many of you are using vinyl. Are you using the Silhouette SD or a Circuit Expressions... I really would like to invest in a machine but would like to know what others think of their machines?
Good luck at your show.
Thanks

To jsh4one,
I own a 12" Roland Stika vinyl cutting machine. It will cut up to 9.8" wide to 39.8" length. From what I understand, the cricut and silhouette are ok for small jobs but can't do larger projects like the large windows. Also the extra cartridges you need to buy for these machines can be quite expensive. I just download fonts from the intenet to my fonts file on my computer, most of which are free. I hope this helps.

I also sell cut vinyl if you are intersted in ordering it. My prices are very reasonable compared to what you can purchase in the store and are very competitive with other blogs that sell vinyl. I would be glad to help you out if you would like to email me at connie_hall57@yahoo.com

Very cute projects. That little white lace-work plate is so cute. I love what you did with it with the lettering and ribbon. Nice job.
