SUNDAY SPOTLIGHT

It seems I have been neglectful in doing my Sunday Shout Out posts.   I got off to a pretty good start and then went and got side tracked. {Nothing unusual for me!}

This week I would like to give a shout out to a very classy lady from Texas named Tina that probably doesn't even know I exist let alone that I stalk her blog.  Her blog caught my attention one Sunday and I proceeded to sit for three or four hours just browsing and reading it.  She has such a wonderful style that reflects in her home.
 Her blog is called Cherry Hill Cottage.

 (that's right, NINE, it is not a typo).

Nine Is Fine is the name of Becky's  blog.

She shares their family adventures and lots of practical tips on being frugal.  From canning to
Craigslist, she shares triumphs and tragedies mingled with lots of laughter.

A woman to be admired for sure!

For my second edition of the SUNDAY SHOUT OUT, I would like to introduce you to a very funny lady.

Her name is Laraine and she is a HOOT!

SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY

I have a blogging friend, Beverly, who does a Shout Out each Saturday with links to great posts she has come across the previous week.  I love that she shares things that have touched her life and decided to begin a new feature on my blog that is similar. 

(Thanks for the idea I am stealing...uh hmmm, borrowing Beverly.) 

I decided to do a SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY feature where I link to a blog that has inspired me the previous week.  I will be looking for mostly crafty things that inspire me but will not limit my choices to just crafts.

This week I have chosen Nicole's blog, SWEET PICKLE DESIGNS.  Nicole and her sister also share a blog together called CRAFTY SISTERS, which is also worthy of mention.

Because Nicole is a wood worker and uses lots of the same tools as I do I was immediately attracted to her projects.  Take a minute and go check out the basket she has made for Easter...SO STINKIN' CUTE!!!
