I hit three yard sales today and found a few 'new to me' treasures.
First off I found this BRAND NEW purse with the tag still on it.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3U0ggd0ZAVh-XRcJF9Z113QbVl3i8mBOc3TF7iuJrGPSvKfabB6KnfD-vRoUqcHe5bIh1DaNXm3rJFkDnvcQt6WNLoU7ZvPpY99fiP26RlLbgiy-2CAqErx61pEy1l7NF6oJKH_5IFR8/s320/IMG_3450.JPG)
As you can see it was regularly $40 and I got it for $3. Woot! Woot!

I paid $1 for this set of 3 metal trays. These are so going to meet up with some spray paint soon.

One sale had tons of Goose Berry Patch cookbooks. I limited myself to just three at $1.50 each.

I found this adorable twin quilt for my granddaughters bed...$5 for it and a pillow sham to match.
And these three prints were $1 each. I probably will be painting the frames black and maybe covering the mats with some scrapbook paper. I may even change out the prints, who knows where a project like this might take me.
Not bad for about 1 hour of my time and $16.50.

Hello Connie! Great finds! I'm jealous, our yard sales around here this year have been quite lacking.:( Also, I love the flowers you made, they are so cute! I was dying to see what you thought of Jake and Vienna breaking up! As soon as I saw it on TV I thought of you! I think it's hilarious! Have a great weekend!
:)
Hi Connie, thanx for coming by after seeing me on the "Over 40 Blog Follow" thingy! Your place looks pretty fun, I'll be back!
Connie, you hit the jackpot! Great finds. I do not own a single Gooseberry Patch cookbook. I so wish I could find some that inexpensive.. Way to go!
Great finds!
Aren't those Warren Kimble prints?? I like them!!
Oooh! Those DO look like good finds! Congrats! :-)
Dropping by from 40 and Over Follow Friday and am among your newest followers.
Hope you're having a GREAT weekend on that end! :-)
Dropping by from 40 and Over websites. Don't ya love yardsales? I'd go every weekend but my husband hates the idea. So I make do with the secret stop into the Goodwill store.
I love the quilt. Love anything that even remotely hints at a dragonfly.
Blessed weekend!
