FUN EASTER TREAT

Here is a fun idea for an Easter treat.
I actually saw this idea on a blog a week or so ago but I have searched and searched for it and cannot for the life of me remember where it was.  So if you know who it is please let me know so I can give proper credit

I crushed up some bite sized Shredded Wheat and stirred it into some melted Hershey's chocolate bars.  I then took a small ice cream scoop (my scoop was purchased from Pampered Chef) and dropped them on parchment paper. Then I pressed a spoon to create an indentation for the eggs.  Very simple.

We will be doing our family Easter egg hunt and dinner tomorrow.  I can't wait to see all of the grand kids running around collecting the eggs.

These are cute. My friend posted a picture of the ones she did and I think she used broken up pretzel sticks covered in chocolate to make the nest. But the same idea. Very creative!
